Od długiego czasu w naszym otoczeniu dominują domy z użytkowym poddaszem. Jednak ostatnio coraz częściej w ofertach biur projektowych pojawiają się projekty domów jednorodzinnych parterowych. Dlaczego?
Myślę, że częstym czynnikiem decydującym o rodzaju projektu domu jest cena działki. Dom z użytkowym poddaszem wymaga mniejszej działki, co jest mniej kosztowne i łatwiej zakupić mniejszą działkę w zwartej zabudowie pod miastem. Jednak niektórzy dochodzą do wniosku, że działka jest kosztem jednorazowym, a w nowo powstałym domu będą mieszkać przez dziesiątki lat kolejne pokolenia. Warto więc zadbać w 100% o komfort mieszkańców. A jakie zalety ma dom parterowy?
Od kiedy poznałam, co to znaczy mieszkanie z poddaszem, rozumiem czym się kierują ludzie wybierając dom parterowy. Gdy wszystkie pomieszczenia są na jednym poziomie o wiele łatwiej zachować porządek, odpowiednią segregację oraz łatwiej jest znaleźć potrzebne rzeczy. No i oczywiście oszczędza się czas i nogi – nie trzeba bowiem kilka razy dziennie biegać po schodach. Warto także wspomnieć o sytuacji, gdy któryś z członków rodziny np. złamie nogę – wówczas nie problemu z przemieszczeniem się na górę, do części sypialnej domu. Skosy na poddaszu, choć ostatnio bardzo modne, nie są komfortowym rozwiązaniem. Całkiem inaczej żyje się i mieszka w pomieszczeniu o standardowej wysokości. Szczególnie jest to ważne dla osób z tendencjami do klaustrofobii. Kolejna sprawa wiąże się z oknami – połaciowe na poddaszu są niepraktyczne, lukarny są drogie, a w domu parterowym nie ma problemu z zamontowaniem okien o klasycznych wymiarach.
Poza kwestiami technicznymi można zwrócić też uwagę na sprawy rodzinne. W domu parterowym łatwiej jest spędzać czas całą rodziną. Dzieci nie są pozostawione same sobie – każde zamknięte w swoim pokoju. Rodzina może czuć większą integrację.
Moim zdaniem tych kilka czynników sprawia, że domy parterowe są coraz częściej zauważalne w zabudowie.
